Irlequip employ 25 full time staff at present. We believe in a strong focus on training and development for all our employees and conduct regular product training with manufacturers meaning the team are always up to date with the most current product and industry knowledge. We ensure that all staff are trained to a high standard in order to put the customer at the forefront of all operations and decisions.
We operate a very successful apprenticeship programme that allows us to train apprentices in the operation of concrete products and cranes, allowing them to develop a very specialised skillset in this area in the hope that they remain in employment with us once their apprenticeship is complete.
